Job summary

Role requires adapting to client needs, delivering excellent service, and maintaining compliance. The position involves cash handling, in-branch transactions, and occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients and building referrals.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, CDs, etc.).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other business lines to expand client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with teller transactions and support branch operations as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
