With at least 10 years in financial services, you’ll excel in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with team members to meet client needs and protect firm exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and over the phone.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and new account paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and promote financial solutions.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required reports.
