Job summary

Bank of America seeks a front-line client services associate to engage customers in the lobby, educate them on self-service banking options, and assist with transactions via mobile, online banking, or ATM.

You will process cash transactions accurately, build relationships to meet financial needs, and collaborate with specialists in lending, investments and small business to expand client solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to educate clients on self-service banking options (ATM, online/mobile).
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed, across multiple centers.
