Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales within financial services is a plus.
• Ability to learn and explain self-service banking options to clients.
• Comfort engaging diverse clients and meeting their needs.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions.
• Gathers client information and directs to self-service channels (ATM, mobile/online banking).
• Handles cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develops relationships to identify financial needs and opportunities.
• Manages traffic, schedules, and outbound communications to clients.
• Grows knowledge of products through collaboration with specialists.
• Follows risk, compliance, and process guidelines.
