About The Role

The Client Case Coordinator is responsible for gathering all necessary documents to reach the best resolution possible and providing exceptional service throughout the client journey. They will attentively manage a set of clients and ensure their cases are moving effectively through every stage of the process, communicating updates and milestones. Cases assigned will primarily involve streamlined resolutions, with more complex cases such as offer-in-compromise for training and development purposes.

How You'll Be Rewarded

At TaxRise, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication! We offer competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based on individual productivity, with higher earning potential for motivated and organized team members.

  • Base pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours/week)
  • Monthly Bonus: Average potential of $800 - $1,200
What You’ll Do
Document Collection & Review
  • Request and gather required tax-related documents from clients via email, phone, or online portals.
  • Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Identify missing or incomplete information and follow up with clients promptly.
Client Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during document collection.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance on required documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding submission timelines and requirements.
  • Address client concerns with problem-solving skills.
CRM Management & Task Tracking
  • Update CRM system with detailed notes on client interactions and case progress.
  • Monitor tasks and deadlines to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Review open tasks to keep cases moving efficiently.
Workflow Coordination
  • Track document submission status and coordinate case progression.
  • Communicate updates with clients and internal teams.
Administrative Support
  • Assist in preparing engagement letters, tracking deliverables, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with departments to improve processes and client experience.
What You’ll Need To Have
  • Experience in document coordination, loan processing, or similar administrative roles; tax experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or document management tools; familiarity with tax software is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of tax relief processes is a plus, with training provided.
