All team members complete a structured orientation and industry-specific training program, followed by hands-on experience designed to build confidence and strengthen dog-handling, customer service, and leadership skills.

The work is fast-paced and physical, involving continuous movement, thorough cleaning, and direct engagement with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.

The pay range for this role is: 18 - 18 USD per hour(Green Beagle Lodge Pittsboro)
