H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Client Care Specialist in Texas to warmly welcome clients and guide them through their tax journey. You will collect documents, explain steps, and coordinate with Tax Advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax prep.

You’ll educate clients on service options, help with digital tools, and maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced office environment.

Formación

• Experience explaining tax processes clearly to clients.
• Ability to gather and organize tax documents.
• Communicate steps of tax prep process and pricing to clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools used in client interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact, creating a warm and professional environment for clients.
• Guide clients through intake by collecting documents, identifying life events, and ensuring information is ready for the Tax Advisor.
• Clearly communicate steps of the tax preparation process, review pricing with clients, and answer questions.
• Partner with Tax Advisors to ensure complete client information for a smooth tax prep experience.
• Act as a liaison between client and Tax Advisor to ensure consistent communication.
• Educate clients on H&R Block’s service options and digital tools to enhance convenience.
• Assist clients with paying or e-signing issues, escalating as needed.
• Handle client information confidentially and in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with office staff to improve the client experience and support office goals.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
