National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time role in Owings Mills, MD. This position offers an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay between $20 and $23.50 DOE. You will handle phone requests, order management, and clerical tasks to support our clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
• Order management; coordinate with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
• Assist in work orders, verify client information and funding eligibility.
• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, inventory checks, and accept deliveries.
