Timberline Veterinary Emergency and Specialty is seeking enthusiastic Client Care Representatives to join our 24/7 emergency and specialty team in North Seattle. You will bridge the veterinary team with clients, ensuring smooth communication and patient care coordination.

Ideal candidates have prior reception experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset. Washington Veterinary Medical Clerk license must be achievable within 60 days of hire.

Position Summary

Timberline Veterinary is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Representatives (CCR) to join our team. This role is essential to our mission of providing exceptional care and fostering an amazing workplace.

As a CCR, you will be a vital link between the veterinary team (veterinarians, technicians, and support staff) and our clients, including primary care veterinarians. Your contributions ensure seamless communication and partnership in patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering administrative phone inquiries from clients and primary care veterinarians.
• Assisting with patient admissions.

Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits:

• We are currently hiring for a Wednesday - Saturday 10am-8pm schedule.
• As an emergency and specialty hospital, all team members are required to participate in a rotation for holiday coverage, which includes working at least one summer and one winter holiday.
• Hourly compensation is based on experience and skills ($21-28/hr).
• Competitive medical benefits, quarterly profit sharing, and a stock appreciation rights plan.
• Unlimited continuing education opportunities for veterinary and leadership topics, with travel and lodging allowances every other year.
• Shift differentials apply for overnight and weekend shifts and are added on top of hourly pay.
