Why This Role Matters: Our Careleads are the backbone of quality service delivery. You’ll be a leader in the field, supporting clients, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring care is always delivered with compassion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct care coverage when shifts are open • Conduct hands-on training and onboarding with new caregivers • Perform client intakes, care plan walkthroughs, and quality assurance visits • Lead supervisory visits to ensure service excellence • Serve as a dependable field leader and liaison with the office team

Minimum Requirements: • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license • Available to work 8-hour days • Willing to work at least 1–2 weekends per month • 1+ year of caregiving or CNA experience • Comfortable with TRAVEL and leading in-field operations
