Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group instruction/assistance to patients daily.
• Complete routine daily check of van and report deficiencies if driving is required.
• Monitor and maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor timely.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and provide training.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
• Document client behaviors accurately.
• Promote a therapeutic environment enabling learning and skill development.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude and address complaints.
