Job summary

R W Group is seeking a Client Account Manager in Seattle to lead a team of Client Account Specialists and partner with attorneys on billing and account management. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and exceptional internal and external client service.

You will drive month-end billing, WIP oversight, and collaborate with eBilling and Rate Analysts to optimize processes, while building strong relationships across the firm in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years in billing, client accounting, or financial operations.
• Supervisory experience leading a team.
• Experience with Aderant systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Account Specialists.
• Partner with attorneys and professionals to manage client billing and accounts.
• Oversee preparation and distribution of client invoices per policies.
• Manage month-end billing activities and WIP.
• Collaborate with eBilling and rate analysts on electronic billing.
• Analyze billing activity and prepare management reports.
• Review client accounts and maintain matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with attorneys through Seattle office collaboration.
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
