Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a remote client-facing role. You will work warm leads, discuss financial-protection options, and progress through coaching, feedback, and measurable results.

Interviews are on Zoom. You should be comfortable on camera, disciplined, and able to follow a written process to help clients enroll when it’s a fit, with a clear path into leadership for high performers.
