Job summary

Truist in Seneca, SC seeks a Regular full-time client service associate to process transactions accurately, maintain records, and deliver a superior client experience. The role includes outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management.

Educate clients on digital banking tools, assist with new accounts, and help identify client needs. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and ability to work weekends or extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours work with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions while uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Maintain product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; stay informed on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
