• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience by managing client flow in person and on the phone.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador for the branch, delivering high-touch service.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Proactively outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Refer clients to specialists to achieve long-term financial goals.
• Ensure compliant and responsible outcomes with policy adherence.
