Bank of America in the United States is seeking a client service professional to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service resources, and process cash transactions accurately.

You will build relationships, follow standard processes, and collaborate with specialists in lending and investments to meet clients' financial goals while working a full-time, 40-hour week with possible weekend shifts.
