Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by opening accounts, supporting client conversations, and referring to partners as appropriate. You will travel up to 60 miles per day and work to meet sales, service, and referral goals within the First Financial Bank Experience framework.

This role requires 2–3 years in client service and sales in a retail setting, with a high school diploma or GED (associate's degree preferred).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2-3 years sales and service experience with success achieving goals in retail.
• Strong sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run Teller drawer as required by management.
• Support client engagement through outreach and conversations.
• Conduct daily activities aligned with the First Financial Bank Experience.
• Partner with internal teams to provide service or solutions to clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up and adherence to compliance and risk standards.
• Assist clients across branch, drive-thru, phone and email channels.
• Travel between banking centers as needed; travel up to 60 miles per day.
