Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers with personal banking and credit card needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-based environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the branch and guide them through banking options.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions and guidance.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to develop referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Handle transactions and fulfill service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Discuss banking channels and digital options to streamline the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all interactions.
• Participate in branch team activities and support overall branch objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends to better assist customers.
