Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Client Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping uncover personal and small business banking needs and connecting them to specialists. You will deepen client relationships, support self‑service and transactional activities, and perform outbound follow‑ups to ensure exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented and client‑centric environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
• Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
• Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives.
• Notary commission required or obtainable within a few months of start date in role.
