Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager to lead a flight department at the KMQS airport. The CAM will supervise personnel, ensure compliance with FAA and Solairus manuals, and coordinate scheduling with clients to meet travel needs safely and professionally.

The ideal candidate has extensive flight-time, PIC, MEL experience, and a proven leadership record; must relocate within 2 hours of KMQS and support a culture of safety, service, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Total time = 3000 hours.
• PIC = 1500 hours.
• MEL = 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC = 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours.
• Instrument Time = 250 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA and other regulations.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the appropriate training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Manages PTO scheduling and keeps flight coordinators updated on changes.
• Conducts meetings to coordinate activities and promote goodwill.
• Participates in interviews for assigned personnel and supports client requirements.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records as required.
• Keeps manuals and publications updated for aircraft under account.
• Promotes Solairus’ culture of service, safety, and integrity.
