Job summary

Ad Talent represents a well-established financial services client seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Associate who excels at creating polished, professional presentations and client-facing materials.

You will design, update and format templates, charts and reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and branding while meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and design tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience in presentation, design, marketing or financial services roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, design or related field advantageous.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills essential.
• Advanced Excel skills including charts, tables, data manipulation and formatting.
• Experience producing professional, client-facing presentations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience with content management or document distribution platforms advantageous.
• Excellent written English and strong grammar.

They are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Client Associate who is passionate about creating polished, professional presentations and client-facing materials.

What will you do?

Create, update and maintain professional presentation templates and master documents
Prepare client presentations based on meeting requirements and briefs Develop and format slides, charts, tables and other visual content Work with internal teams to obtain and verify information used in presentations Ensure information, calculations, charts and supporting content are accurate Apply consistent formatting and corporate brand standards across all materials Make amendments and updates following internal reviews and feedback Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, fact sheets and marketing materials Manage multiple presentation requests and deadlines, particularly during busy reporting periods Liaise with various internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately Assist with uploading and distributing client documentation Support design, branding and process-improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality control

What do you need?

2–3+ years' experience in a presentation, design, marketing, financial services or similar role
a relevant bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, design or a related field is advantageous Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – essential Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts, tables, data manipulation and formatting Proven experience producing professional, client-facing presentations Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools Experience working with content management or document distribution platforms is advantageous An understanding of financial information, data and business terminology Excellent written English and strong grammar skills Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organisation and time-management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks or enhance quality and accuracy will be advantageous
