Job summary

UBS in Jackson, MS is seeking a Client Associate to support client service and account management activities in a fast-paced wealth-management team.

You will keep client information current, educate clients on account services, assist in preparing reports for client meetings, and collect documentation to open new accounts and service requests. You’ll also help plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials while keeping a detailed calendar of activities.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required for CSAs.
• 2–4 years of client service experience in finance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, in finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented; nothing gets past you.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Assist with preparation of reports and materials for client meetings.
