Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an entry‑level staff member to provide foundational support for employee benefits clients in a Florida location.

You will assist with enrollments, billing, documentation, and system updates while developing knowledge of benefits, processes, and client lifecycle. The role emphasizes learning through structured training and mentorship, with eligibility checks, data coordination, and routine inquiries handled under supervision.

Qualifications

  • <1 year relevant experience.
  • Basic technical application/exposure.
  • Readiness to learn + grow through structured training and mentorship.
  • Life & Health License: Take and pass Life & Health License within timing necessary for state and role requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day‑to‑day operational and administrative support across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments, billing, eligibility updates, and system maintenance.
  • Prepares and distributes client and employee materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
  • Supports onboarding of new clients by executing checklist tasks and coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows.
  • Responds to routine client and internal inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate while continuing to build benefits and compliance knowledge.
  • Assists with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision.
  • Executes assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while progressing through structured training and guided learning.

Role Description

Provides foundational support to employee benefits clients by assisting with enrollments, billing, documentation, and system updates. This role executes routine tasks with guidance while developing a working knowledge of benefits, processes, and the client lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:

Salary Range
