Job summary

RBC in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Client Associate to build and maintain client relationships, assist with account questions, and support financial advisors in a fast-paced Wealth Management environment.

You will handle inquiries, ensure compliance, and process transfers and trades. This full-time, salaried role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within RBC.

• Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience.
• Strong soft skills including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills
• Attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can make advisors more efficient and effective
• Series 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment

Salary range

The good-faith expected salary range for the Client Associate role is $38,000 - $60,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
