Mary Ann Surber Agency in Missouri is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries about coverage, policy changes, and billing, while delivering prompt, friendly service and promoting long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating needs.
• Ability to relate effectively to customers.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
