Client Advocate II - Family Service Center (2nd Shift)

Pay Range

This range is provided by Catholic Charities Twin Cities. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating opportunities for people to thrive? Catholic Charities is looking for a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware individual to serve as a Shelter Advocate II at our Maplewood location. This position supports families experiencing homelessness by providing safe shelter, meals, referrals, and other services to help them regain independence and achieve housing stability.

Shift Details

Monday - Friday, 3:30PM - 11:30PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service and fulfill client requests
  • Maintain safety and security, including conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Accurately manage and report client data
  • Respond to incidents and serve as a Mandated Reporter
  • Conduct safety rounds and monitor resident activities
  • Assist with program development and staff training
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience working with low-income and homeless populations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to enter data accurately
  • Must be 21+ years old and pass background checks
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
Additional Information

This is an hourly, non-exempt, temporary position in the Individual and Family Services industry. Employment opportunities include referrals, which can increase interview chances.
