Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advocate located in Santa Rosa, CA. The Client Advocate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, proactive support to clients, understanding client goals, challenges, and preferences.

First point of contact for inbound/outbound client calls and email responses.

Schedules and prepares advisors for client meetings and all client follow-up.

Delivers documentation to clients.

Acts as main point of contact for clients and Financial advisors to create “White Glove Service”.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing client relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment in Santa Rosa, CA
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial industry is an advantage
