WTW is seeking a Client Advocate to cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships in Alternative Asset Insurance Solutions. You will lead pricing, profitability efforts, and coordinate internal resources for comprehensive insurance and risk management.
The role emphasizes upselling, client retention, and delivering outcomes for PE-backed portfolios. A senior mentor with SME capabilities across lines of business is expected, with some travel and hybrid office time.
The Client Advocate (CA) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships that include leading strategy development and execution. This specific CA role will be focused on supporting our Alternative Asset Insurance Solutions-based clients which include Private Equity back Portfolio companies who are highly acquisitive and have a fast paced nature of business. The CA has ownership of the E365 Service plan, engaging expert resources and leading pricing and profitability efforts. The CA arranges WTW resources to provide coordinated service and placement to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. A Client Advocate should be the top Relationship Management colleague for accounts to which they are assigned. An CA has a strong connection to the client’s business and a fundamental understanding of its industry, thus this relationship is a business partnership with client decision makers. They are ultimately responsible for client retention, client profitability, and delivery of all outcomes for their assigned clients. The Client Advocate is responsible for maximizing revenue from existing clients. This is not a production role but the CA needs to be comfortable “upselling” the client and growing the account through exceptional client service and providing technical acumen. Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150,000.00-$210, 000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
