Christianson PLLP is recruiting a Client Advisory Accounting Staff to partner with clients and internal teams, delivering accurate financial information, meaningful analysis, and proactive advisory support. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consulting projects to help clients understand performance and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-year accounting degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Agriculture preferred.
• Effective communication with clients and staff.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, and detail-oriented.
• Can work independently or in a team; proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Sage.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Help clients maintain timely and accurate financial records including ledgers and trial balances.
• Identify trends, variances, and areas of concern in client financial data and report findings.
• Assist clients with accounting technology solutions, including QuickBooks and Sage implementations.
• Support advisory engagements with improved accounting processes and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate to develop process improvements for efficiency and client service.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication.
• Stay current on accounting standards, industry trends, and firm processes.
