About Us

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in our Honolulu showroom with aloha
Guide clients through our proven 10-step sales process
Drive sales growth through daily client outreach – make warm calls, follow up with leads, and generate referrals and repeat business (consistent participation = consistent success)
Manage client orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prospect new business through referrals, networking, and inbound leads
Collaborate with Production, Operations, and other departments
Stay current on product knowledge and maintain showroom displays
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of sales or customer service experience (flooring/home improvement a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
High school diploma or GED required; degree a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods
Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays
