Job summary

Venus ET Fleur is seeking a part-time Client Advisor at Americana Manhasset inside London Jewelers to deliver luxury service and build strong customer relationships. You will understand needs, communicate clearly in English, and thrive in a fast-paced jewelry environment.

Four rotating shifts per week, including weekends, are required. Luxurious retail experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with energy, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible client advisors to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficient in verbal and written English language
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Telephone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders

• Available work rotating weekly schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Requirements + Qualifications

• Must have availability to work 4 rotating shifts per week, including weekends.
• Timeliness; reporting to work on time and available rotating retail schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Attention to detail
• Full open availability on the weekend, plus two days during the week.

• At least 2-3 year of luxury retail experience
