Louis Vuitton in New York City, Brookfield Place, is seeking a passionate Client Advisor-Hybrid, Operations Associate to join our team. This role splits approximately half of the schedule between Client Advisor responsibilities and back‑of‑house operational duties to deliver an exceptional client experience daily.

Our Louis Vuitton store in Brookfield Place is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Client Advisor Hybrid, Operations Associate to join our incredible Team.

Job responsibilities

As a Client Advisor-Hybrid, Operations Associate you will dedicate approximately half of your schedule focused on Client Advisor responsibilities and the other half focused on Operation responsibilities.

You will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that following is achieved and/or exceeded in the daily execution of your role. The Client Advisor Hybrid will ensure every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise and will strive to discover each Client, their every need, and guide them across the Brand. The Client Advisor Hybrid will proactively reach out to Clients to achieve individual and team goals, secure back-of-house efficiency, and support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client Experience in store.

Compensation and benefits

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD$25.00 - $32.00 comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
