Job summary

Louis Vuitton Bal Harbour invites energetic Client Advisors to join our new freestanding store. We seek individuals who can deliver memorable luxury experiences to a worldly clientele, tailoring service with clienteling tools and in-depth product knowledge.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, building lasting relationships while achieving sales goals in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally in luxury retail.
• Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with ability to hit sales goals.
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve performance.
• Creative and able to contribute to brand heritage and storytelling.

Louis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused Part Time and Full Time Client Advisors at our new, soon-to-open freestanding Bal Harbour location with an undeniable passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele. Reporting to the Team Manager, as a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. By striving to discover your Clients and their every need, you will tailor their experience within our store to elevate their experience and impression of the Brand while also ensuring to build long-lasting relationships, which will be maintained through the usage of our in-house clienteling tools and systems.

• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.

• Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
• Clienteling: Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.
