Client Acquisition Partner – Remote|High Commission

We’re a growing management consulting firm helping businesses streamline operations, improve people management, and optimize budgets. We’re looking for a driven, well-connected, and strategic Client Acquisition Partner to expand our client base—focusing on startups, small businesses, and established companies in need of organizational support.

This is a commission-only, high-earning potential role—ideal for someone with a strong sales network who loves closing deals and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients
  • Develop outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls)
  • Schedule and lead introductory meetings with qualified prospects
  • Communicate our value proposition with insight and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM tracking for outreach and client progress
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pitch materials and client targeting

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business development, lead generation, or client acquisition experience (preferably B2B or consulting)
  • Strong communication skills, especially with executives and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with a longer sales cycle
  • Sales experience in multiple industries is a plus (non-profits, professional services, Start-ups, etc.)
  • LinkedIn and CRM proficiency preferred

Compensation:

  • Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
