Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service and financial expertise to client companies
• Oversee accounting operations including periodic financial reports and controls
• Serve as a business advisor with insights from business trends and experts
• Oversee tax, accounting, and advisory services for clients
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and financial reports and benchmarking
• Recommend business and process improvements
• Coordinate workflows across offices and audit/tax functions
• Coach and mentor staff on client service, tax, and accounting matters
• Promote teamwork and develop training while managing workflows
