This role blends full-cycle accounting, technology, and advisory services—helping clients improve financial visibility, streamline processes, and make better decisions.

Qualifications

• Full cycle accounting experience, including payroll.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting tools; Syft or similar is a plus.
• Ability to develop and track KPIs and financial metrics.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting team development.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including payroll and month-end close.
• Deliver timely financial reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Syft.
• Provide financial oversight and review of client accounting.
• Improve processes, workflows, and internal controls.
• Support cloud-based systems (QuickBooks Online and integrated apps).
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting.
• Identify trends and communicate actionable insights.
• Supervise staff and interns.
