Job summary

Rehmann in Troy, MI is seeking an experienced accounting and consulting professional to deliver innovative client solutions and manage detailed accounting work. You will build strong client relationships, oversee engagements and contribute to project success.

You will mentor teammates, explore growth opportunities for clients, and help organizations improve profitability within a collaborative, integrity-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and consulting experience.
• CPA or other related certifications preferred.
• Track record of developing profitable, sustainable client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative solutions for clients' financial and business needs.
• Bringing proactive, fresh ideas to assist clients in meeting goals.
• Preparing, supervising and reviewing detailed accounting functions and work papers.
• Building relationships internally to foster teamwork and collaboration.

• Contributing to the success of clients’ organizations.
• Providing direction and mentoring to associates on your team.
• Mentoring associates in their career paths.

• Proven technical acumen for accounting and consulting engagements that position clients for success
• CPA or other related certifications preferred

• Familiarity with accounting technology solutions
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
