Job summary

Rehmann Robson LLC is seeking an experienced professional to lead accounting and consulting initiatives for diverse client engagements. You will develop innovative solutions, drive growth, and supervise detailed accounting work papers while mentoring team members.

You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities with other Rehmann specialists, and contribute to client success through proactive, value-driven advisory services within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and consulting experience.
• CPA or other related certifications preferred.
• Track record of developing profitable, sustainable client relationships.
• Knowledge of business operations and interest in working with clients to sustain growth and profitability.
• Familiarity with accounting technology solutions.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and results oriented.
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment.
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance.
