Qualifications

• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable / cash disbursements processing, accounts receivable / cash receipts processing, and payroll processing or coordination.
• Supports multiple clients’ accounting functions.
• Completes non-complex account reconciliations to be reviewed by senior staff.
• Works as a team member to meet the needs of office staff, principals and clients; provides excellent client service with guidance.
