Hull & Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Client Account Manager/CSR to join our team. You will service customer accounts, set up new and renewal client records, bind policies, and issue policies as needed.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, proficiency with MS Office, an exceptional telephone demeanor, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a 2-20 license within 90 days of employment. We offer a supportive environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Set up New and Renewal client records
• Bind New and Renewal policies
• Issue policies as necessary
• Follow up for missing file documentation (loss runs, applications, etc.)
• Review applications
• Issue, Invoice and Process endorsement, cancellations, reinstatements and non-renewals
• Order loss control reports, follow up for compliance of recs
• Compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
• Other activities, duties and projects as assigned
