Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to service client accounts and manage renewals, with collaboration across Advisors, Client Executives, and Account Executives. The role involves daily client communications and preparing materials for presentations, while working independently to deliver services.

This is a full-time role with hybrid flexibility in our Long Island-Plainview or NYC office, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week for collaboration and career

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of Commercial Lines client service experience.
• Demonstrated experience in relevant lines of coverage and managing a book of business.
• Fluency with EPIC or similar agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Form relationships with carrier and client contacts; participate in meetings.
• Prepare and send renewal proposals to insurance carriers; present renewal results.
• Review proposals and source documents for accuracy with the Account Executive or Advisor.
• Create and maintain client documents in the agency management system.
• Answer billing questions from clients and carrier personnel with Accounting support.
