Courser seeks a Client Account Manager to serve existing customers, map their challenges to Courser offerings, and help build roadmaps and budgets. You'll work via phone and in-person meetings with a passionate team committed to Trust, Teamwork, Service, Innovation and Growth.
You will log activities in the CRM, collaborate with pre-sales for proposals, and cross-sell services while maintaining detailed notes.
Courser accelerates the growth of IT service provider companies. We forge dynamic partnerships, leveraging our values of Teamwork, Service, Growth-Mindedness, Trust, and Innovation to deliver impactful solutions and phenomenal customer experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced IT environment, join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Do you enjoy selling but hate cold calling, hunting for new business, and constantly worrying about where your next deal is going to come? Do you love to work on behalf of customers to help them solve problems? Do you enjoy technology but you're not necessarily a "super tech"? Want to work at an organization that invests in you every single day?
In this role, you will work with existing customers (no cold calling!). You will listen to their challenges and business needs to map them to our existing service offerings. You will work with clients to assess their existing technology, identify gaps, and create roadmaps and budgets. (You'll have a technical pre-sales person working alongside you - so you don't need to be a tech genius - you just need to genuinely love technology!) You will work with customers over the phone and in-person, so you'll need to be very personable, outgoing, an excellent communicator, and a stickler for detailed notes and follow-ups.
Of course, you'll need to work with our CRM system to log opportunities, activities, and follow ups. Most importantly, you'll need to share our core values of Trust, Teamwork, Service, Innovation and Growth. If you are not a lifelong learner - this isn't the right role for you. BUT, if you're still interested, here's the nitty gritty!
At Courser, we prioritize the personal and professional development of our employees. We offer best-in-class training, mentorship, and clear self-promotion paths to help you grow. We foster a culture of innovation and encourage challenging the status quo. With teams located across the country, we leverage a wealth of knowledge and a collaborative spirit, eager to share and grow together.
