Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Access Representative in Chillicothe, MO. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients, verifying information, scheduling appointments, and supporting the clinical team with paperwork and records.

The role requires basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Full-time with benefits and standard work hours.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word are required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and verify personal information, insurance, and payment details.
  • Schedule clinicians' appointments and confirm benefits/eligibility.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and no-shows per process; resolve issues during visits.
  • Maintain and update electronic medical records; ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide feedback to leadership on office services.
