Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Clerk (Click & Collect) for the Stockton, CA store. This on-site position handles online order fulfillment, staging items, and delivering orders to customers upon pickup to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include reviewing app alerts, selecting correct items, communicating substitutions when needed, and maintaining inventory while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability on weekends/evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shop and stage orders for customers who placed online orders.
• Deliver orders to the customer at pickup when they arrive at the store.
• Review orders in the app when an order is placed.
• Locate and select correct items from the order list with accuracy.
• Assist with returns/go-backs and maintain inventory control.
