Vibrantz Technologies Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Production Operator I to support manufacturing operations by operating industrial equipment and executing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

This role follows established procedures and safety standards while contributing to consistent production performance. You will follow procedures, monitor conditions, maintain quality, and help ensure environmental and safety compliance while supporting team goals

Qualifications

• Read, write, and follow instructions and production documentation.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work safely in industrial conditions, including dust, fumes, and variable temperatures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment such as mixers, blenders, mills, furnaces, dryers, and material handling systems.
• Follow production instructions and work orders to complete daily manufacturing activities.
• Monitor process conditions and equipment performance to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support team production goals.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and operating requirements, including PPE.
