Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar.
• Must have completed at least 1 year of study; recent grads may apply for continuing studies.
• Preferred: internship experience with a general contractor and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day construction management and field activities.
• Support Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and other team members with coordination.
• Assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities within an area of responsibility.
• Support field teams in monitoring construction activities for conformance with plans, specs, schedules, quality and safety.
• Assist with reviewing project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, logs and other records.
• Utilize construction management systems and project technology to support documentation and tracking.
