Cleveland 1st Shift Floating Cleaner

Requirements:

• Available M-F 1st Shift hours vary every day
• Reliable transportation
• Valid DL
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be dependable
• Strong attention to detail

Role:

As a floating cleaner, you work closely with management and are the first line of defense in ensuring a smooth experience for the client and the team. A floating cleaner will be the individual assigned to cover shortages in any building needed and assist in training new team members. In this position, you will gain experience in various buildings and positions for the potential to be considered for a larger role.

Duties Include:

• Clean and polish fixtures, surfaces, and trim
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Buff floors in some facilities as needed
• Clean rugs and mats
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty trash and transport it to the correct disposal area
• Assist in training new team members
• Fill in at various locations to ensure operations do not become disrupted due to staff shortages
