A leading company in the sustainable energy industry seeks an individual responsible for managing order data and customer information in SAP. This role includes maintaining databases, processing customer data, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Candidates should possess strong data management skills and a high school diploma, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
This position will primarily be responsible for reviewing order data in SAP for completeness and transferring this information into a customer program portal per contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and order information
· Processes customer and order source data by reviewing data for deficiencies
· Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
· Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Essential Functions:
. Transacts systematic movement of inventory to and from site locations
. Troubleshoots and sources any potential shortages to be shipped to sites in need
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)
· Ability to communicate orally and written in English
· Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner
· Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment efficiently
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use of hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand and walk, as well as travel to other locations, some that may be remote. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule: M- F 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Salary Range: $28 to 32
