Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA is seeking a Receiving Associate to handle all incoming deliveries for every department, locate and distribute goods, and keep a clean, organized warehouse.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to obtain a gaming license, and English fluency. It involves physical work, with lifting up to 50 pounds, 24/7 scheduling considerations, and a focus on safety and accurate stock management.

Qualifications
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information. Experience with produce and meat inspection preferred. Must have the ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and team members and maintain pleasant and effective working relationships.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency.
Fluency in English is required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as packing lists and waybills, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Must be able to speak effectively to guests or team members.
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must reason with people effectively yet cordially. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Position involves functioning both in a warehouse environment and in the field. Involves occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The warehouse environment has moderate to loud noise levels and is a smoking environment. Field conditions are strongly weather-dependent and may be hot, dusty, cold, muddy and/or wet depending on season and the degree of exposure.
Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members be available for evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. A typical workweek and normal work schedules may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday. Position may require overtime.
