The Juvenile Probation Division of Washington County Probation Services is seeking to hire a FT Clerk Typist II. This is data entry and clerical work at the full performance level; work involves the performance of skilled typing tasks, understanding court orders, entering court orders, and working within a criminal justice environment.

This office environment is fast paced. Assignments are very policy driven and carried out in accordance with general work instructions, including established probation practices and procedures, and applicable legal standards and regulations.

A high school diploma or GED or any equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience. Strong computer, strong interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking are necessary.

Monday – Friday

Starting hourly wage - $21.315

After 90 days - $23.683

Benefits – after 90 days of employment

Sick and personal days – after six (6) months
